Our story

About Surprise Parcel

Surprise Parcel is built around a simple idea: a gift should feel as special as the person receiving it. Our focus is personalized gift boxes for birthdays, anniversaries, and the everyday moments that deserve a little celebration.

Our approach

We believe the details make the difference. From choosing a box that suits the occasion to exploring the personalisation options available for each product, thoughtful gifting starts with the recipient in mind.

Before you choose

Read each product's description for its contents and available options. Our shipping policy, return policy, and frequently asked questions are here to help you make an informed choice.
